International Foundation Year 2024 - 2025

Studying at the International Study Centre will develop the English language and academic skills you need to succeed in an undergraduate degree at University College Dublin. We offer one programme—the International Foundation Year—with a choice of two subject routes. Studying on UCD's main campus you will prepare to make a confident start to your degree.

International Foundation Year in Business, Economics and Social Sciences, Arts and Humanities

Progress to UCD with the International Foundation Year in Business, Economics and Social Sciences. This pathway leads to undergraduate study at the renowned Quinn School of Business.

Degrees from UCD include:

  • BSc Economics and Finance
  • BComm Bachelor of Commerce
  • BBL Business and Law

€ 21,500 for three terms 2024-2025 International Foundation Year – Business, Economics and Social Sciences

International Foundation Year in Engineering and Sciences

Progress to undergraduate study with the International Foundation Year in Engineering and Sciences. Study engineering, computer science, general science, or biomedical and health sciences at UCD.

Degrees from UCD include:

  • BSc Computer Science
  • BSc Biomedical, Health and Life Sciences
  • BEng Energy Systems Engineering
